Hi! I'm Ciara ("Kee-ra") and I'm a Registered Holistic Nutritionist

living with Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD).

 

I was diagnosed with this disease as a teenager and it has shaped my life in many ways.

Part of the reason why I studied nutrition was to figure out how to live my best, healthiest life as someone with a chronic illness. I wanted to feel empowered & (somewhat) in control of my health again!

I am passionate about kidney nutrition and I want to help others feel more confident in their health journey by leveraging real, natural food rather than implementing restrictive diets because they don't know where else to turn.
